Create Your Own Workout
Using the Weight Training Guide, create your own workout using the F.I.T.T. principle that you can use in class. Remember that class is only 45 minutes long (TIME). Your workout must have 3 or more workout days (FREQUENCY). Each workout must include 3 different upper body exercises, 3 different lower body exercise, and 3 different core exercises (TYPE). Also include sets, reps, and resistance (INTENSITY). Once you have designed your workout, post and share it here.

Reflect on your own personal workout plan and personal short term and long term goals. Please provide detailed description of your workout. Including exercises, sets, repetitions, and resistance used while training. After describing your workout reflect on how you feel physically. Have you noticed physical gains in muscle size? Are you able to lift more? Do you have more energy? Are you feeling sore? Lastly, reflect on your experience of weight training? Do you believe that this experience has been beneficial? Will you continue to weight train after completing this course? Were you able to complete your short term and long term goals? If not, why or what prevented you from achieving your goals?
