Using the Weight Training Guide, create your own workout using the F.I.T.T. principle that you can use in class. Remember that class is only 45 minutes long (TIME). Your workout must have 3 or more workout days (FREQUENCY). Each workout must include 3 different upper body exercises, 3 different lower body exercise, and 3 different core exercises (TYPE).
